You will be whisked from your hotel early in the morning and driven to Maintenon, 70 km west of Paris. You will enjoy a scenic and exhilarating one-hour balloon flight over the château of Maintenon, the Aqueduct and the lovely green countryside of France. You will feel lighter than air as you float noiselessly over the beautiful scenery: castles, picturesque villages—don’t forget to bring your camera! When you land, you will enjoy a champagne toast to celebrate your flight. After the journey, you will be brought back to Paris and dropped off at your hotel. The flight is confirmed on the night before by the pilot depending on weather conditions. If there is a sudden change in the weather, he may rarely cancel on the day of the flight, because your safety is paramount. You will be insured for the flight. Are you bored with the usual ways of seeing the city? Well here’s something different! You will be picked up at your hotel by a chauffeured car and taken to a heliport near Paris. Then you’ll take off in a helicopter to come up to the edge of Paris (helicopters are not allowed to fly directly above the city). You will see the Eiffel Tower as close as is allowed. And then you will return to the pad via a flight over the Château de Versailles, a great sight. After you flight, you will brought back to your hotel by car.

In the unlikely event that the flight must be cancelled, you will get a full refund. But do try to keep two possible days for this exciting tour, in case you cannot fly on the first day. Flights are confirmed on the morning of the day between 9 and 11 am. Do remember to give us your cell phone number for this call.

You’re in Paris and you’ve never been to the French Riviera? Don’t pass up this chance: let us take you down to Nice and the French Riviera, show you the sights, and bring you back, all in one relaxing day! If you can spare two days, so much the better…

One day tour: Your day starts at 7 a.m., when our hostess picks you up at your hotel to drive you to Orly airport. At 8 am you will fly to Nice on Air France, arriving at 9 am, where you will be met by your friendly English-speaking chauffeur and tour guide for the day. He will take you to your limousine and you’ll start your day of sightseeing of the French Riviera. Depending on how much you can take in, we can show you:

  • In the morning: City tour of Nice. See this historic, Italian Baroque city, with its famous seaside “Promenade des Anglais”, flower market, fountains, museum and theatre.
  • The city of Monaco is the perfect place to experience the luxurious side of the French Riviera, from the extravagant casino to the sleek, private yachts of glitterati from around the world.Scenic drive to Monaco: along the high cliff road overlooking the sea.
  • Enjoy lunch on the way in a garden restaurant on the cliffside, with lovely views over Monte Carlo bay (price of lunch not included).
  • Visit Monte Carlo: Playground of the rich and famous, with its plush shops, port, famous casino (which opens at 2 p.m., in case you are in a hurry to hit the jackpot?).
  • See the perfume factory of Eze: On your way back from Monte Carlo you can stop at the old perfume factory in Eze, and find out for yourself why France is famous for its perfumes.
  • See Antibes and Cannes, an hour from Nice: Drive along the coast to the village of Antibes and then Cannes, of film festival fame. These are lovely, lush towns with splendid architecture and greenery.
  • If time permits, have tea at the Martinez Hotel in Cannes, where movie stars stay during the film festival. Walk up the red-carpeted steps of the Palais des Congrès, where the film festival is held every year (price of tea not included).

But for us, you are the stars, and we will make sure you enjoy your visit! At 4 p.m. your chauffeur will start back for Nice airport to arrive at 5 P.M., in time for your 6 p.m. flight to Paris. You’ll be back in Paris at 7 p.m. . You will make your way back from Orly airport to your hotel by taxi on your own, a 20-minute drive, in time for dinner. You will see the highlights of the Côte d’Azur all in one day!

Two-day tour

You can extend your visit by a night and enjoy a more leisurely visit. On the first night, end of the chauffeured visit at your hotel at 6 p.m.

You may stay in a 3- or 4-star hotel in Nice or in Monaco. The next day, we can again offer you the chauffeur and car from 9 am to 5 P.M.. At 5 P.M. you will end your day at Nice Airport, in time for your 6 p.m. flight back to Paris, as in the one day tour. You will need to check out by 12 noon from your hotel.

Extra supplement for second day, with chauffeured car for 8 hours, plus shared double room with breakfast in Nice or Monaco.

Cancellation policy for the Christmas and New Year period, December 15th to January 15th: Reimbursement in full will be made if reservations are cancelled before 5 P.M., November 30th of the current year minus 5.9% for processing charges. No refund can be made for cancellations after this time. If a river cruise cannot be made in the unlikely event that the river is too high and navigation is cancelled, the cruise boat will remain at quay-side and all the dinner and dancing festivities will carry on as planned at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. No refund will be made.
