Not only was she fluent in both English and French, but she also wanted to learn about our product and the important points to talk about with the customers. When she spoke with the veterinarians and technicians she was properly informed and conveyed the message we needed in an intelligent, correct manner. I wanted to let you know that our tour of Paris was lovely. Our driver was very knowledgable and very pleasant. We were met promptly and enjoyed his commentary enormously.
I think the choice of a mini-bus with a limited number of passengers is a very good idea. It is much less impersonal than a large coach tour. The four hour tour is a whirlwind, but it does give one an overview of Paris that is thorough.
