Learn to prepare a 3-course, haute cuisine meal during cooking courses in Paris.You will be part of a group of up to 12 people, but usually the groups are smaller. The course will be in English. For this 3-hour course you will learn how to prepare three dishes: an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert, for a complete 3-course meal. You will start from the raw ingredients, step by step, to the final 3-course meal, ready to eat.   • Opening Times 2009 Season: From March 14th to November 9th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, last admission at 5:30 PM . Closed on Wednesdays except in July and August.
  • Fountain show: From March 14th to October 31st, from 3 PM to 6 PM, every second and last Saturday of each month.
  • Candlelight evenings: Every Saturday from May 2nd to October 23rd - except on September 12th from 8:00 PM to midnight (last admission at 11:00 PM).
  • The restaurant “L’Écureuil” and the souvenir shop: The restaurant and the souvenir shop are open every day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During the candlelight evenings, open until midnight. New: “Les Charmilles” has opened — a new location located in the gardens, serving lunch and refined diners.
